Personal Training

Lisa is available for one to one, or two to one personal training sessions. Specialising in fat loss, diet advice, toning, weight training and cardiovascular workouts, sessions can be tailor made to get the most for each participant and booked at various times, to easily slot into your lifestyle.

Transformations

Transformation programs can run over a six, eight or twelve weeks, depending on the clients goals. After clearly setting targets with clients, sessions can be booked at various times, to easily slot into your lifestyle. Inclusive in this package is before/after photos, diet advice, weekly weight in and measurements.

Group Fitness

This was Lisa's entry into the fitness world and a springboard for a complete lifestyle change. Fully understanding the benefits of having a small group of friends supporting each other. A class of up to four people can be confidently introduced and educated into a gym environment, in a much more cost effective way.

About Lisa

Fitness is the passion.

Lisa Hilland is a personal trainer and fitness instructor at Pure Class Fitness, Belfast. Having had a first hand experience with the apprehension around joining a fitness class, Lisa has went through this, alongside a full body transformation. After losing three stone and dropping four dress sizes, Lisa has taken all her own experience and is now regularly helping others who aspire to the same goal.
